Financial Donations

Every $100 donation enables us to distribute $1,400 in school supplies for disadvantaged students. We receive no government funding and rely on donations from individuals, corporations and grants to support the cost of maintaining the facilities and operations of the Resource Center.

Cleveland Kids In Need Resource Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and charitable contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

Product Donations

Each year, Kids In Need distributes more than $1 million in school supplies to students across Greater Cleveland. Both financial and product donations greatly contribute to getting the basic necessities into students’ hands. We welcome new or gently used items in good condition such as traditional school supplies, office products, craft supplies and other learning materials.

Volunteer

Without the help of committed community members, Kids In Need could not distribute the amount of supplies that it does. We have a wide variety of individual or group projects for you to choose from. Assist with teacher shopping or administrative duties, stock the store, or sort through merchandise.

Host a Supply Drive

Your business, organization, school or community group can coordinate a school supply drive any time during the year to help stock the Resource Center’s shelves. As with simple product donations, we rely on supply drives to keep its shelves stocked. Kids In Need hopes to make your drive as easy and fun as possible by providing you with all the necessary tools.
