Often misperceived as a mumble rapper, Trippie Redd (Michael Lamar White IV) is an American rapper and singer. The 20year old hip-hop musician was born on the 18th of June 1999 in Canton, Ohio. Having a partially Irish and partially Native American descent, the renowned singer is an African American. The young American rapper has gained immense popularity amongst the masses and is also, often referred to as Slippy Redd.
Early Life
The very talented Trippie Redd is one of those who got to learn the lessons of life, the hard way. He was raised at home by his mother, and uncles who were tile contractors. His mother, Tonya White, played a crucial role in instigating the spark of music in her adolescent son. In his early ages, Trippie Redd listened to Ashanti, Nas, Beyoncé, etc. But as his taste in music developed, he started listening to Gucci Mane, Lil Wayne, Marilyn Manson, etc.
